What do you love about being a franchisor?

Working with like minded people, Supporting proactive business owners to reach their goals.The harder I work the more money I make – Opposite of being an employee.Work / life balance: For the first time in my professional career, I can structure my life around my family and my personal life. I work hard but work is flexible enough where can spend time with my partner and children and still achieve my outcomes at work.

How do you support people in your region?

Proactive check ins: In regular contact with Franchisees to offer guidance on day to day business and personal support.Commercial work: Working with Franchisees to cement professional relationships with commercial clients supplying additional work to Franchisees.Technical and Training support – Senior mentors in place for new Franchisees to offer technical support. Ongoing training through Online training or Horticulture courses is available. Senior trainer is always available to support franchisees if required.Franchisee meetings: Regional Franchisee meetings are held 8 times per year. Opportunity for Franchisees to interact and ask questions both internally off Franchisees and Franchisors but also externally off suppliers.
