He was previously employed as a Director and Operating Manager of a hospitality company and also has experience in construction doing concrete applications and solid plastering. Damien has been happily married for 12 years and has 2 sons and as a family they get involved in the community through their sons local sporting events as well as being a committee member of his local Cricket Club.
